These Terms & Services govern all services provided by Apache Plastering LLC, an Arizona-licensed stucco and plastering contractor headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
By approving an estimate, signing a proposal, or submitting payment, the client agrees to these terms in full.
Apache Plastering LLC proudly serves Phoenix and surrounding communities, including Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, and nearby areas.

All work is performed in compliance with Arizona Registrar of Contractors regulations and applicable state and local building codes.
Apache Plastering LLC provides professional stucco and plastering services throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas, including:
Only the services specifically described in the signed written proposal are included in the scope of work. Any additional work must be approved through a written change order.
All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
Pricing may be adjusted if:
Permit fees, inspection fees, engineering fees, and HOA fees are not included unless stated in writing.
A deposit may be required to secure scheduling, labor, and materials.
Payment schedules will be outlined in the signed contract and may include a deposit, progress payments, and final payment upon substantial completion.
Failure to make timely payments may result in project suspension and enforcement of contractor rights available under Arizona law.
Any changes to the original scope must be documented in a written change order signed or approved by both parties.
Change orders may affect cost, materials, labor, texture, finish details, and timeline.
Verbal requests are not binding unless confirmed in writing by Apache Plastering LLC.
Project timelines are estimates only.
Delays may result from:
Apache Plastering LLC is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
Homeowners are responsible for securing HOA approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Permit responsibilities will be specified in the contract.
Delays caused by municipal review, inspections, HOA processes, or required revisions are outside the contractor’s control. Additional work required by a city, inspector, HOA, engineer, or other third party may result in additional charges.
Clients must disclose all known site conditions, including:
Apache Plastering LLC is not responsible for concealed or undisclosed conditions discovered after work begins.
Unforeseen conditions may require additional work at additional cost.
Certain material characteristics are inherent and not considered defects.
Stucco, plaster, finish coat, synthetic stucco, and texture materials may vary in color, texture, shade, and final appearance due to material batches, curing conditions, weather, wall exposure, and application methods.
Patch repairs may not perfectly match existing stucco color, texture, age, or weathering.
Hairline cracking may occur due to normal building movement, settling, temperature changes, moisture, substrate conditions, or structural movement.
Existing walls may reveal prior repairs, uneven framing, hidden moisture damage, or inconsistent substrate conditions.
Efflorescence, minor surface variation, and slight texture inconsistency may occur and are not automatically considered defective workmanship.
Apache Plastering LLC will make reasonable professional efforts to provide a clean, durable, and consistent finish, but exact color or texture matches to existing surfaces cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Apache Plastering LLC provides a limited workmanship warranty as defined in the signed agreement.
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain materials when provided by the manufacturer.
Warranty does not cover:
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.
Apache Plastering LLC must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the claimed issue before repair, replacement, or third-party work is performed.
Apache Plastering LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the total contract value of the work performed.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay the project.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or scheduling is confirmed.
Custom, tinted, special-order, or project-specific materials are non-refundable.
Cancellation after procurement may result in restocking, handling, labor, administrative, or material charges.
Refunds, when applicable, will be reviewed based on work completed, materials ordered, and expenses already incurred by Apache Plastering LLC.
By providing your phone number to Apache Plastering LLC, you consent to receive SMS communications related to your inquiry or project.
These messages may include appointment confirmations, estimate follow-ups, scheduling updates, project notifications, and occasional service-related follow-ups.
Apache Plastering LLC does not send unsolicited promotional messages without consent.
The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution prior to legal action.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Mediation may be pursued prior to litigation when appropriate.
All design plans, drawings, and renderings remain the property of Apache Plastering LLC until full payment is received.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable Arizona Registrar of Contractors regulations.
